NDG is governed by a 7 member Board of Directors. It is headed by a National Coordinator with a secretariat in Accra. He/she is assisted by 2 Unit Coordinators. It has a management committee and program advisory resource persons in its program thematic areas. NDG has a staff strength of 5 full-timers, 3 part-timers and 4 volunteers.
